Refund Policy

You can run the full audit on one store with the Free plan before paying anything. We want you to subscribe only when the tool has already surfaced real candidates on your own data.

When offered at checkout, paid subscriptions can start with a 14-day free trial (managed by Stripe). If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged. If you keep the subscription, billing starts automatically after the trial ends.

Plans are month-to-month and cancel anytime in the customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals immediately; you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not prorate partial months after a mid-cycle cancellation.

Within 14 days of your first charge for a new subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting support from your account email - no questions asked. Renewal charges after the first month are refundable within 7 days of the charge if paid features were unavailable due to a fault on our side; otherwise renewal charges are non-refundable because the engine has already processed your data during the period.

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries the charge and we mark the account past due. Paid features pause until the payment succeeds. No data is deleted during a payment-failure window.

Approved refunds are issued by Stripe to the original payment method. Processing usually completes within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

Please contact support before filing a chargeback - we can usually resolve billing issues faster. Accounts with unresolved chargeback disputes may be suspended until the dispute is settled.
