Terms of Service

Last updated: September 8, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FBA Refund Radar (the "Service"), a software tool that audits Amazon Seller Central report data that you upload, maintains a claim ledger, and generates draft appeal documents. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

2. What the Service does - and does not do

The Service analyzes CSV reports that you export from your own Seller Central account, applies deterministic reconciliation rules (including the 18-month filing window described in Amazon's FBA Lost and Damaged Inventory Reimbursement Policy), and produces findings, statistics, and draft letters.

The Service does NOT submit anything to Amazon, does not communicate with Amazon on your behalf, does not access your Seller Central account, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon. You remain solely responsible for reviewing findings, deciding what to file, and submitting claims yourself.

3. No guarantee of recoveries

Findings are data-derived candidates, not guarantees. Amazon decides each claim at its sole discretion. Amounts shown are expected values computed from your inputs and reference prices you provide; they are not predictions of what Amazon will pay.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure, and use the Service only with data you have the right to process. You may not resell, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it to process data of accounts you do not control. Plan limits (stores, case rows, letters) are enforced server-side and may not be circumvented.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time in the customer portal; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. See the Refund Policy for applicable refund terms. If a payment fails, paid features are suspended until the balance is settled.

6. Data

Your uploaded reports and derived findings are stored on the server where the Service is deployed and are used only to provide the Service to you. You can delete a store and its data at any time. See the Privacy Policy for details.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. THE OPERATOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REIMBURSEMENTS, OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

8. Termination and changes

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. The operator may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Material changes to these Terms will be announced on the Service with at least 14 days' notice before taking effect.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
